Disappointed is an understatement with this hotel. The pictures are incredibly deceiving in portraying the quality of this location. The pictures appear edited or altered to make the place look better than it actually is. It is rundown with a beat up parking lot, a difficult to find front desk/main lobby and poor customer service.

Huge let down, rooms weren’t as advertised, dirty, and broken. Our sink was broken so it would leak out of the toilet paper holder onto the ground and into the carpet. Headboards were dirty, lamps didn’t work, tv was almost unusable, the room smelled like urine and cigarettes, and the minifridge isn’t even plugged in because they don’t have outlets that reach.

I live 45 minutes away- but, whenever I’ve got something to do on this side of the water I book a room to avoid the hrbt nonsense. I chose this space because it was convenient to the event I was doing. All the commercial properties I typically book were way over the top with prices because the Oceana Air Show is also happening this weekend.

This was the most disgusting place to be in EVER and I mean EVER, I enter my room and I am immediately entrapped in the smell of cigarettes. When I walk into the bathroom there is multiple bugs crawling everywhere which I had to kill. There is a bug problem I mean EVERYWHERE. The room was unkept and dirty and flies everywhere. There is a pillow case with blood on it. When I go to lift the mattress up it had hair and urine stains on it. When I came in also there was a spoon in the corner of the room and an orange behind my dresser. This place did not do a thorough cleaning of my room at ALL. Do NOT come here.

There was no shampoo in the shower, no soap by the sink, barely any towels, and the ones provided were gross and worn out. The whole room felt old, neglected, and dirty.

We got 3 rooms, in the first room we had, the microwave and the fridge didn't work. However they were gracious enough for us to change rooms which we were thankful for. The second room(a different one) smelled like cigarettes the whole 2 days and nights we stayed there(we got there and it smelled like cigarettes and we dont smoke). Everything else was good, they had hot water which was good better than most places that are similar to this. The pool was N/A when we were there so that was a shame.

The room I had on the 2nd floor was very clean, the sheets smelled so fresh. The bed was SUPERBLY comfortable. I was pleasantly shocked by the very low price, although it was a weekday. Also there was an employee patrolling the parking lot late at night. I felt very comfortable. Front Desk staff so kind, they even let me park my car in their lot after check out so I could enjoy the beach!
